Treasure chest help

In Hollow Bastion, when you go down to the Base Level, you can go in a higher bubble to reach the upper levels of the water way. When you get up there, there is a treasure chest behind some bars. I've tried everything I think, and I can't figure it out, or find the answer anywhere. Anyone have any ideas? There isn't an option to have Beast smash it, nor is there a hole, and it's not on a floating thing. It doesn't even give me lock- on circle.

i think there is a treasure chest there not sure and im not sure u can get down there without locking in urself :(

you can get it, but i forgot how... i think theres a bubble somewhere.

you use blizzaga on the second bubble near the save point. jump on top of it and jump again to the next platform. the treasure chest contains a flare gummi block.
