How do you do damage to Sephroth? I can't even get the guy! Plz. help!

you have to be a high level and cast aero alot to win the fight as for hting him if you cant do any damage u must be really weak

what game? in kingdom hearts, use attacks like strike raid, and trinity, you cant get hurt by him. i suggest being at least lvl 70. In kingdom hearts 2, max out all forms, and i suggest you be at least lvl 80

Actually when you just start the battle and you're attacking Sephiroth, you wont notice the damage in effect as his health wont change, but he really is getting damaged. After a short while of whacking him like mad, you'll see his health will start to come down. Level to at least level 60, and you'll be able to beat him.

Becareful of the one move when he says "Decend Heartless Angel". You must interrupt that move by attacking him before the halo appears on Sora's head. That move takes out all your MP and all but 1HP so keep Elixers at hand, or High Potions if you have MP Rage. It also helps to jump and attack him. Jump, glide to him then do 3 attacks on him, then jump away.

be somewaht high lv like 60-70 something like that when the battle starts use key hurl and then cast areo then just fight and watch out for sin harvest thats about it ots pretty simply stragigy

ehh... because sephiroth has two invisible life bars. umm... equip these kind of abilities: mp rage (preferably two), mp haste, any attack ability such as strike raid, sonic blade, ars arcanum, and ragnorak. equip guard if you know how to use it. when the battle starts, cast aero magic immediately. if you attack him he disappears after the third hit i think. use guard right away or jump. if he uses flare, don't run away. use ars arcanum so you won't lose any health. other attack abilities work as well. if he uses umm... descend heartless angel? you super glide at him and attack. if you get hit, you should use an item such as elixir before he hits you. if he uses meteor? you could use an attack ability or cast aero and cure yourself repeatedly.

i don't know... that's what i did. if you beat him, you'll only get experience. well... really a lot.

LOL, I had no idea he has two invisible health bars. They should have included that in the Strtegy Guide, you know?(I sound like Rai).

I noticed that if you are very near to Sephy and then he hits you with sword, he wont hit ya!!!!

Do all of these below:
1.Equip Super-Gliding and Dodge Rolling and he wont hit you easily.

2.Equip MP Rage and Use Aeroga always and have also equiped Second Change(you wont die from one hit). MP Haste too.

3.Have Oblivion or Ultima Weapon.

4.Equip accessories which defend against dark powers and has good defend.

5.Equip ability where you gain fourth strike into combo.

6. Have Sonic Blade -ability equipped.

7.Equip Ethers. 2 ethers will do it. Have Curaga(not cura).


Now go to Platinum Match. First wait ´til he does that explosion of three pillars and go far from him and use Aeroga. When explosion ends, use Super-Glide and fly towards Sephiroth. When he uses sword, he wont hit you and after that hit him:

You make one aero-hit and three ground hits and then he vanishes. When he appears, maybe behind you, lock-on to him(dont block) and use Dodge Roll and hit with regular attacks or better use Sonic Blade and press X and you hit him twice.

Then Dodge Roll away from him and use Super Glide. If you´re hurt use Curaga and if Aeroga is gone then use it again. Repeat what I said until he goes to next lvl and cast Heartless Angel Attack:

You know when he does it; He mumbles something(Heartless Angel??)and you must use Sonic Blade very fast. If you die, then you are only better to recognise this attack. The Heartless Angel attack is hardest one and if you survive it, you are near the victory. Sonic Blade is very useful ability.

Try not to block his attacks, cuz then he may use that "explosion pillars". When he does it you can fast use Ethers and use Aeroga/Curaga.

If you wait there, he will attack you. The best and fastest way, if you want to use Aeroga, is to jump away from Sephy as soon as the fight starts. hmm...thats true, but I casted always Aeroga when Sephy was doing his explosion. I did it with shortcut L1+square

Level 99 Cast Aero jus keep swingin =p and use curaga

For KH1, Just use Guard. That's how I beat him. I've never lost without Guard. Although Sin Harvest can kill you if you don't scout it carefully. I beat him as low as Level 70. Don't Dare face him on Expert Mode because it's suicide if you aren't at a high enough level.

For KH2, Max out all your forms because you'll need certain abilities to beat him. Level 80 or higher.
