Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden: How Do You Imagine It?

So, here I am, sitting in the dark, twiddling my thumbs, trying to best Sephiroth, and failing miserably. Suddenly, as I run up to try and beat him for the 900th time, I notice the mountains, the pink sky, the blue ground beneath my feet; in short, I notice the environment of Radiant Garden.

So, I start thinking. Are those mountains populated? What's this world like? What consistency is the rock? What causes the pink sky, the almost endless twilight. And then I start imagining...

I picture Radiant Garden as a world pushed to the brink, a barren world that was simply used for experimentation with heartless. I picture the small town now formed around the rubble of Hollow Bastion itself. I picture the mountains i the distance as having trees growing out of the rock, new unexplored lands beyond the horizon. I think it would be great to have some sea-salt ice cream sitting on the roof of a building in town looking into the distance. I think, will anyone ever get there?

So, you've read this post, and you think to yourself, "So what? Someone has too much free time on their hands." But I ask you this. How do you imagine Radiant Garden? How do you think of it? What kind of world do you think it is? Feel free to be as eloquent as you so wish.

It is rather fun to imagine what the rest of the worlds are like, isn't it?

This will be scattered information. xD Just a warning.

For starters, this world appears to have a mild, stable climate. It doesn't rain often, but when it does, it rains hard. Hence the water in the Rising Falls. The mountains may have been populated at one time or another, but have been deserted since the Heartless Invasion- everyone lives in the villages surrounding the main castle, or perhaps inside the castle. The pinkish-gold color of the sky is caused by the dust in the air from the mountains, and the smoke that flows out of the facilities in the castle. There is nighttime there, but it's not shown in the game for programming reasons. :D The people in the world are typically friendly, but extremely wary- who wouldn't be, with the world's history? However, the majority of the people in this world are immigrants who either moved away from their world to aid in the reconstruction of this one, or people who escaped from their own dissappearing world. Therefore, the world's culture is constantly changing, a 'melting pot' where the ingredients are still being added. It'll be a long time before the world has any particular culture, but for now it's one that revolves around technology, magic, and close relationships. For you see, the citizens hide away during times of war, and are not often seen in the game because of this (and programming reasons, again. xP). However, when there is peace, the world takes on a kind of bizzare beauty, not one of its title but simply of its feel. That is, the world itself is ruined and not very beautiful but for the natural things like sunsets and mountain vistas, but simply being there makes it seem more beautiful.

That's all I can really think of right now. . . I may post later. :3 But that's some of what I imagine Radiant Bastion (I can never decide what to call it, so I simply combine the names. xD) to look like.

well i for one think of radiant garden to be RADIENT and have vast and beautifull Gardens (der, hence the name! ) i imagine farmers taking live stock on to green pastures, the towns people walking through a beautifull city and waving and greeting each other as they walk past each other. i think that radient garden was a place full of happiness and friendship. And i think we are all forgetting something here, Kairi was the princess of Hollow Bastion, so she was the princess of radient garden too, so if there is a princess there must be a king and queen. I picture them as 2 land loyal people. The queens beauty is beyond words, and the king, the most handsom and strong man in all of the land.together, they were just and ruled the best kingdom in the whole universe.
