Default Sea Salt?

I made the Sea Salt Ice Cream...Except I omitted the Whipping Cream cause I don't have any...I dunno how it tastes...it's sitting in my freezer right now..I'll let y'all know soon though...*hopes the whipping cream wasn't a crucial ingredient taste-wise*

I have made this ice cream before.

It is exactly as described- salty, then sweet.

Just make sure you didn't use too much seasalt. It's like taking a big ol' sip of the ocean.

Tell us when it's frozen, 'kay? ^^

Forgetting the whipped cream shouldn't make it taste bad, so don't worry. There are other sweet things in the ice cream, too.

Where do you find sea-salt? Is it found in the stores, or at the beach?

I'm sure you can buy in any grocery store, most likely it'll be in the same aisle as normal salt.

I am glad you guys are having fun doing this. xP That was my intent.

As for the ice cream maker thing, I'm not sure. Freeze it? I dont even know exactly what an ice cream maker does ;_; But whatever it does, a manual solution?

An Ice cream maker just freezes i slower so it tastes better...but my mom wouldn't let me use hers.... anyway, yeah I shoulda read these posts earlier...I put in waaay too much Sea Salt...not enough to make you sick, but enough to cover up the sweet taste quite a bit...in fact, it wasn't until around 5 minutes later when I finally realized there was a sweetness to the little bit I ate...I think I may have to try this again with less Sea Salt....although I do have to say, it was kinda hard getting it to be the exact shade of blue as in the game....me and my lil' sis had fun with the food coloring....XD good times
