If possible that'd be a good thing to sell in the summer for a couple easy bucks.
Not to mention people might become obsessed with it since it is KH2 related.

:3

KH2 is sublimital advertising for seasalt ice cream after all. xD

Awww, I hope you succeed next time though =D

What's in the recipe you used? Is it the one by RCK2?

I have my ice cream sitting in my freezer right now. I put plastic wrap over the bowl in case.

I used the recipe by RCK2, too. I hope it turns out great. :]

Sweet and salty of course XD Tastes really creamy and it turned green instead of blue, I need to add more coloring next time. I let my family try it and it's almost gone now, hahaha

okay...I tried again today...this time I taste tested it before I froze it to make sure I wasn't freezing something that I wasn't gonna eat. It tasted pretty good! Only thing is, I ran outta blue food coloring so I used green instead...now it looks like it should be mint flavored...XD

Here's the recipe!

Sea-Salt Ice Cream!!!!!!!!

2 eggs
2 C. milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 C. heavy whipping cream
Sea salt to taste
Blue food coloring
1. Separate the eggs into two good sized bowls.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
3. Mix the egg yolks and sugar until thick.
4. Slowly bring milk to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
5. Pour hot milk into yolk/sugar mixture and mix well.
6. Pour milk/yolk/sugar mixture back into pot and heat on medium until thicker to make a custard (DO NOT BOIL)
7. Pour custard in with beaten egg whites and mix well.
8. Add sea salt (keeping adding salt until it tastes salty sweet)
9. Put mixture in fridge to cool.
10. Once cool, add cream, vanilla and coloring to mixture.
11. Freeze, following your ice cream maker’s instructions.

Lol, people, whipped cream is COMPLETELY different from whipping cream. Anyways, your ice cream will probably just turn out to be a little more like a popsicle. It'll probably still taste good. :D
