The article didn't say that. It's not even from SE themselves, until we hear that, it's not credible.

Kingdom Hearts 3 by year's end, all that means, if you read what it said. We will be getting KH3 info near the end of the year. That doesnt mean KH3 will be out this year.

and just because its on PSU doesnt mean its for the PS3.. You do know that right? PSU is fanbase site..

The new Kingdom Hearts project will begin in 2007 and Nomura wishes to show it visually by the end of this year. As for which console it will go to is anyone guess. But those are fansites so the console is not confirmed by Square Enix yet.
