Would u consider KH2 being KH3?

Even though KH: CoM only came out for GBA, would u consider that one being KH2? although I haven't played it yet, from what I've heard, it takes place right after KH when Sora, Goofy, and Donald walk in that door. Even though KH: CoM was only released for GBA, would consider that as KH2 and the one that just came out as KH3?

Well when you think about it, you could say in Soras eyes that it never realy happened. Cause all of his memories got wiped form when he enterd castle oblivion.

Well, to play and understand KH2, you need no knowledge of COM but do need KH1. Also KH COM was just virtually doing everthing in KH1 again except a few things, and added Castle Oblivion and Twilight Town. Then there is no story point to it in the main story since everything in COM is forgotten.

I think of KH:COM as an expansion of KH...It could have been a part of KH...That would have been cool...:D...

no i dont consider it because it was shorter and it wasnt on a major platform. its more of like a filler game to me

Boken: So would RECOM be 1.5-2?

At one point I thought COM was going to come after 2, and Sora loses his memories at the end of 2.

While it's not KH2, I consider it to be it's own game.

I would personally like a KH 2.5. Like a Chain Of Memories sort of thing. Except it should be for the DS... the touch screen would be cool to incorperate in the game

Yeah, I have to admit I wondered about that too.

I guess as some people have said, for Sora, CoM didn't happen.

Thats the part that sucks worst, cause alot of cool/important events happened there and Sora will most likely NEVER find out

i wouldnt say that namine could come out of kairi one day and inform him about everthing that happend in castle obblivion. you never know

i actually wouldn't. only because it wasn't a main game. it had some signifigance, but it was for GBA, not PS2.

COM's does have a slightly important role in the KH storyline. But it wasnt meant to. Remember around the time of the first KH2 trailers and interviews, Nomura said that COM wont have anything to do with KH2, its not important, just a little game. It was later that they decided to use some of that story. But still COM has little importance. It's just for fun.
