I always wondered what it would be like if Christopher and Sora met, now I see they won't.

I kinda actually thought of that in the last 100 Acre Woods cutscene in KH1. But there really isnt any proof or something that shows that Sora is replacing him. CR wasnt a main character in the new episodes. He didnt even make an appearance in the new Heffalump movie (I know I spelt that wrong, I'm not a fan).

i think in the KH world C.R. does not exist i mean the disney worlds were in KH for sora to go on with his story so i think that in the KH part of 100 Acre Woods sora is C.R., but thats just me

I'm pretty sure its kind of like an FMA type of thing for Sora and C.R.

Not that Sora looks like him, but they play the same exact roles in the story.

Plus Pooh's world can be affected by the heartless, as in when he lost his memory.

I get what your saying though.
Modern English Usage, had this to say of irony:

Irony is a form of utterance that postulates a double audience, consisting of one party that hearing shall hear & shall not understand, & another party that, when more is meant than meets the ear, is aware both of that more & of the outsiders’ incomprehension.[1]

Mystic, I think that might have gone over their heads. But for those of you that can't understand that, it means that the reader is aware of something happening in the plot that the characters are not. Sora wrote himself (in one way or another) over Christopher Robin. Those of us playing KHII are aware of the fact that Sora is, in a way, doing what Namine did to him in COM (overwriting his memories of Kairi with herself). Obviously, he doesn't remember this, but WE DO. Ergo, making it ironic. Sorry people, but she knows what she's talking about. Mystic's right.

Specifically, it's dramatic irony she's referring to. It's somewhat different from the definition of plain irony:

Irony - the use of words to convey a meaning that is the opposite of its literal meaning.

Learn the difference, kiddos. It might be on the SAT.

It's not really ironic... but I get it.

I never really liked Christopher Robin anyway...

I think you're kind of besmurching Sora's good name. This is Kingdom Hearts we are talking about here, Sora didn't rewrite any of the pages, where di you get this idea from?

Christopher Robin could never have existed! Its been said he wasn't a major character in Pooh, just one they had at the beginning, and more often than not we see that major characters in the KH worlds have been taken out anyways, so in this case, its just the fact that Sora took over the role that had never happened, Christopher Robin never existed, so Sora didn't do anything on the account of what you are saying. If you want examples of characters who have been taken out of the worlds I will give them to you, but Sora did no such thing as to what you are accusing him of doing.

Yeah. Without him, it doesn't make much sense. After all, all the characters from Winnie the Pooh are stuffed animals.

In Kingdom Hearts they are not >.>, they are an actual world, which is why they can exist without him.

That's part of the irony, he's not doing it on purpose. The magic of keyblade just does it automattically, and besides he doesn't remember the white castle and half-hearted attempt to milk the franchise...

When you really think about it. Christopher Robin and Sora kind of look alike.

Minus the long spiked hair =o

hmm, SE doesn't particularly care that there changing the storylines a lot, all that matters to them is the main storyline, which is kind of cruel of them...After all, Chris Robin created Winnie the Pooh...hmm maybe he created the world in the book a long time ago, so now he's dead or a heartless or something :3
