I have tried for almost 2 hours, and I cannot get it to show up at ALL!!

That's for Gaia, right?
I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but maybe you just shouldn't alter it so much.
I was never good at CSS...

Yeah its for gaia. Its getting a bit on my nerves. I can alter any other CSS for the site, to get the cursor to change, but not thid damned one ><
