i've been wondering and its driving me nuts! do u remember before fighting xigbar he says,

xigbar: you've really put Organization XIII in a pickle. i guess that must be why the keyblade chose you. but man did it pick a dud this time. you don't look like half the hero the others were!
sora: are you done rambling?
xigbar: rambling? as if!

what does this mean?? any guesses guys? i mean his "AS IF" is true right, i guess. and i can see it by the look on his face, that he is serious, maybe. doesn't it sound strange? who are the others? it seems like there were many keyblade masters/heroes earlier. but how come xigbar knows?? and why is he the only one saying it?

that means there have been keybladers before sora..manyb xigbar was one of them 0.o

It probalbly means that he defeated one of the other keyblademasters before Sora.

I've had this small theory in my head since CoM that maybe Organization XII was made up of all the past Keyblade Masters. That idea was eliminated during KHII.

However, there have definitely been Keyblade Masters before Sora. Otherwise, how would anybody know about the weapon, or about how the wielder either brings destruction or salvation?

In the trailer for KH3 (secret movie), there were hundreds of keyblades just lying around, apparently after the Keyblade War. I think that that's a prequel to Kingdom Hearts. I don't have much stock in this theory, but I'm guessing that there had to be many Keyblade Masters in the Keyblade War.

Perhaps the Organization had something to do with the Keyblade War?

Well, since they ARE Nobodies, and technically prone to discrimination on every possible occasion, it might not be wrong to assume they've encountered Keyblade masters earlier...
In their life as Nobodies or even before. Or in some weird previous incarnation or whatever...

At this time we have four/(five if you count Roxas) known keyblade wielders... but nothing states that there can't have been others before Sora and Mickey, and nothing says they're the only ones at this point in time...

As the name 'Keyblade wars' suggests, there might've been an entire army of Keyblade wielders.

And then there's a little idea of mine... See how Saix and Xigbar have pointy ears? Big chance they changed a little when they became nobodies, but still...I heard elven people live quite long. They could be... I dunno, a couple of hunderds of years old...
At least Xiggy looks old enough to have encountered a Keyblader before Sora got into the mess.

Since Org. XIII is made up of Nobodys, maybe their original selfs were Keyblade masters.

That'd be weird... I dunno, but I think that IF they had been Keyblade wielders, they'd have known better than to turn themselves into Nobodies.

Only Roes can wield a Keyblade, because Sora is a Keyblade wielder...
If the others came from wielders themselves, they'd use a Keyblade as well...

I think Keybldes come from that weird 'other place', and as it is now, I have no reason to asume that one, so certainly not all of Ansem's disciples, nor the later members, come from that place, have affiliates in that place, or know about that place.

Only Xehanort could be from there, maybe... we don't have a clue where he came from or who he is.
The five others came from Twilight Town, and from Saïx upward we also don't know, but I don't think they were Keyblade wielders.
Call it female intuition, whatever, it just doesn't sound right.

Xemnas use his his weapon almost like Roxas and Riku. I mean you saw him . He was acting like a keyblade warrior.

In the secert ending they said that there was 4 keyblades warriors.
3 was hero and one left them all.

Who knows? Nomura probably has no idea what he's doing for KHIII, so why guess on things that haven't been decided yet?

Ok i want to get this straight through all of your head......

THE ONLY KEYBLADE WEILDER IN ORGANIZATION XIII IS ROXAS SINCE HE IS SORA'S NOBODY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now that we have this eshtablished i will give my invoice on this topic.

when Xigbar said "rambling, as if" he was telling Sora that he wasnt rambling and he was trying to tell him that he knew the other keybladers before him.
and obviously i would have to say that there were much much better Keyblade Masters before him its quite obvious since its such a well known weapon and many people seek its power.

Also we know that there must have been many more keyblades and keyblade weilders due to the keyblade info we got in the secret ending of KH2.

that also means that before Ansem the Wise found our little Xehanort he knew something about the Keyblades and there weilders but he forgot becuase i remember in the secret ansem reports they said when they found Xehanort he did not remember anything about him and his past. So i guess is that Xehanort must be from the past when they keyblade weilders were more common and he was sent to the future to help the future in what ever problem they were having back then but when he was sent to the future he lost his memory and didnt get to fix what he was supposed to do or even tell them.

idn maybe this is a load of bull but this is my best theory and i am horrible at theories...

I believe Xigbar was refering to Roxas.

Xigbar fought Riku and Mickey ( Riku in Mulan world, Mickey in the world that never was after entering the portal in Radiant Garden)
after the worlds were changed by the heartless Xehanort made their nobodies therefore he couldn't fight anyone before him.
King Triton knew something about a keyblader, Must be in his early days as a prince or king.
Xigbar is much more younger then him so that proves it.
