It had Ansem's heart in it, Ansem was taking residence within Riku's body so there is no way for it to have left to create a Nobody

No no no no. No. It was RIKU'S body. Not Ansem's. So therefore, it would be Riku's soul left behind.

A Nobody can only be created if the BODY of the person leaves to the TWilight Realm to become a NOBODY. Ansem and Riku were sharing Riku's body, and when Riku was forced out of it by Ansem he was sent to the Dark Realm, and Ansem's heart stayed within Riku's body to use it as a vessel to hold a physical form. Ansem's heart tied Riku's BOdy to the normal realm, and it remained there until Riku returned to his body

A nobody could not have been created because Riku's body always had a heart taking residence within and, and thus could not disappear to the Twilight Realm to become a Nobody

... Ansem was a Heartless, and considering that a Nobody is made from the body and soul of a person, his soul couldn't be possessing Riku's body(and soul).

That's good, but anyway, I agree with most of what you said. I have always thought that the body was first sent to the realm of darkness because it is devoured into darkness along with the heart. Then a Nobody is made and sent to the Twilight Realm where it is born. But, could it be possible that a Nobody was created in the same fashion as Namine, using Riku's body and soul and Xehanort's heart as the make?
