the duel wielding wasnt that powerful most of the keyblades attack power was like 3 there were what like 5 keyblades whose attack power was over 5. the use of the abilities of the forms could have been given to us as one of the bonuses for defeating a boss. i personally think if roxas can use two keyblades without using a form then why cant sora they are one in the same after all

I thought that the drives were very entertaining, but the game was already easy and I usually never thought about them so I never used them. I can only remember needing to use any of the forms once, it was Master form on the solar sailor.

Neccesary or not, they don't force you to use the Drive Forms, so if you don't want to, don't use them then, coz if they do, I'll probably complain in a flash ^__^

If you're talking about their importance in the game...well not really...
but obviously I'll be amazed if you want the Drive Forms to be erased this instance (0__o)

The forms are useful in tight situations but, even in boss fights I never used Drvie forms even on Xaldin.

But I wouldn't mine if they got rid of the Drive Forms all in all they were useless until you leveled them to level like 4 or 5.

Yeah the whole point of implementing the drive form is because the fans wanted longer combos. You just wasted years of Nomura's life that he can't back by not using it. Though I think the drive forms should have been the only major thing taking alot life away instead of the drive forms and the reaction commands. Certain commands like berserk were actually more useful to you and especially in the sephy fight. If you could pwn him in about a min with just berserk what would you need the drive forms for? I think it kind of defeated its intented purpose. I like the way he made the drive forms so it could meet your style of play if you like using magic, physical attacks, or both. But then again after I intially got each drive form the only one I used on a frequent basis was final form. Maybe the drive forms should have been neccessary to defeat certain bosses and force you to lvl them up. Once you did you could progress to the ultimat form and final form. But hey that's just me. I think if Nomura was told the drive forms wasn't neccessary he'be pretty down.....;)
