The lvl isn't impossible its the valor form part that's all......

I beat him at level 43, the very first time I tried fighting him. With Oblivion, Proud Mode.
40 levels later I could beat him again with just Sweet Memories.
It's never impossible to beat a boss at a low level, just improbable. You have to be skilled. :D

the first time i beat him i was lv 74 and the second time was lv 62 the first on standard and the second on proud.

No offence dude but, that thing was EASY to dodge if you had High Jump lvl. 2 and Arial Dodge lvl. 2.

Anyways, I beat Seph on lvl 64 on Proud mode. The first time I beat him was on Standard mode at lvl. 54.
