In the Xemnas throne battle, you see the weapons of the nobodies in Organization XIII. I didn't see: #1's weapon, #4's weapon, #5's weapon, #6's weapon, #9's weapon, #11's weapon, #12's weapon, and #13's weapon.
What gives?

As far as we know, Xemnas doesn't have a weapon

And he used Demyx's water clones, so he can be taken off that list

And he couldn't possibly have used Roxas's weapons, because they're keyblades

he dosent use his own weapon cause he is using the lance. he dosent use #4 or 5's cause they were not in KH2, not #6's cause the weapon quated by nomura is a spoiler,no one seems to know why not #9's, #11 prob. cause he is not in KH2,same with #12, and not #13's cause nobodies canot wield that weapon. this might probably belong in the spoiler section.

Xemnas does have his own weapons, those two lightsaber-looking things.

Org XIII is an entire mystery, I don't think asking will do anything for you if that's what your doing. But like I said, since organization 13 is a mystery, there is no telling what will happen throughout future games to reveil that.

4,5,6,11,and 12 were not used because he only used the powers of the 6 remaining members. no nobody except # 13 or roxas can wield keyblades. xemnas could only use demyx's clones not his weapon.

xemnas's weapons have been classified sometimes as lightsabers or arieal blades cause he seems to only use them in the air. or beams of light. he did not use them cause in that form, he was wielding the gigantic lance.
