Is bulky vendor the rare heartless?

U know those heartless that come out rarely and dissapear quickly? Well I got to use a reaction command on a new heartless I just found called bulky vendor and in Jimin'ys journal, it says it's a rare heartless and doesn't come out a lot. I just want to know if it's the rare heartless, and the Prize Vend Reaciton command is cool, you can get rare items(I'm trying to get all synthesis items to get the last Orichulum+ I need to get ultima weapon).

Plus I completed the heartless list in Jiminy's journal, so I think that has to be the rare heartless.

Well, it depends. Usually, yes, it is the bulky vendor. However, if you're in the Pridelands, then sometimes a Scar Ghost will appear and then quickly disappear at the beginning of each area. The way it disappears is very similar to a heartless.

yes and it drops rare items. It helped me with ultima and save the queen. to get orichalcums, have the lucky ring and sweet memories equipped and donald with the meteor staff. when bulky vendor gets to it's last bar a command called prime capsule will appear. when the last bar is at half perform the command. an item that looks like a box appears.

well, if it says it the rare heartless in the journal, then its the rare heartless.

After you beat the pride lands it stops appearing.

I know i've found it a couple times in the checkpoint in Land of the Dragons right by the path to the mountain path...

Yes, it is a rare heartless, which can be found in the LoD Checkpoint, HW Town Candy Cane Lane, and a few other areas I can't remember. What you have to do is when a message says a rare heartless has appeared, you have to destroy something in the area, usually there is something destructable. Like in the Land of Dragons there are the rockets, and in Halloween Town just whack the Merry Go Round.
