why did Pence, Hayner and Olette fell like they knew sora but did't notice the picure whith them and roxas.

That is rather strange. But maybe it has to do with the fact that Roxas was born in Twilight Town. Remember that when a person looses their heart it goes to darkness but their body and soul is sent to Twilight Town in which is reborn as a nobody, since Sora had a strong heart Roxas retained a phyiscal apperace of a human that had slight changes of Sora's appearence. Maybe Hayner, Olette, and Pence got a quick galance at Roxas before the Organization recrutied him and he was forced to leave Twilight Town. When Sora met up with the trio Hayner probably realised that Sora looked something like Roxas, or the person who was briefly there in Twilight Town because they probably did not know his name. I could be wrong though.
That picture that was taken was from the alternate or data version of Twilight Town. Meaning that picture never really happened.
