Roxas returns to Sora right after he wakes up at the beginning of the game. Anit-Form is just a side affect of using so much power I'm guessing.

No.

[SPOILER]Roxas was inside Sora since after you were done playing as him, but they didn't truely combine until the "fight" in the World that Never Was. That's why Sora felt like he remembered Twilight Town somehow right after you started playing as him, and why he cried before he left, but didn't know why.[/spoiler]

anti form is just sora using the power of darkness (check yen sid's tower for details)

roxas fuses wit sora at beginning. that is why he is crying when saying bye to hayner, pence, and olette.

Yes Thats also why you can get Final Form after that scene.;)
