Xehanort (an anagram of "no heart x" or "another x") is a fictional character who was voiced by Billy Zane in the English version of the video game Kingdom Hearts for the PlayStation 2 and is the main villain of the game. Out of ignorance, he is referred to as Ansem in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. Xehanort has silver hair, orange-tinted eyes, a slightly darker skin tone, and is usually shown wearing a black trenchcoat

SPOILERS-- HIGHLIGHT BELOW:

Xehanort is the main villain in KHI and who mistaken for Ansem . . . wikipedia covered most of this, but . . . one scene is displayed with Xehanort fighting off many Heartless with a Keyblade and gives Kairi hers . . . while it is unclear how, it is known that Riku is in full control and seems to be sharing Xehanort's body as before, his will seems to be previaling and probably uses this form as protection for Ansem, b/c if the Org. XIII thinks Xehanort is Ansem, they will not suspect DiZ . . .

Don't know it all, but that's some stuff about him . . . two words though: spoiler section . . .
