I noticed in the newest promotional video it took my awhile to see it but it shows, sora and next to him roxas in a unknown cloak, so i think roxas is a part of the 13th order, thats why axel wants him soo much. watch the video for yourself^^-

um... this is quite old, and the truth is that roxas was originally in the organization. he left to find out how he was born, and DiZ and Namine knocked him out and began inplanting memories of Sora in Roxas so as to join them together. Axel is roxas' best friend, so he doesnt want him to disappear
