WTF is this supposed to mean?

ok i was reading an interview on sora's domain(i couldn't find it here) and i saw this

Dengeki: About characters, what kind of person is that boy clothed in white of whom we don’t know the name yet?
Nomura: Right now, we’re choosing when exactly to divulge his name so… (laugh)

Dengeki: Does the name have a heavy significance?!
Nomura: …! Erm… well, excluding the previous installment and CoM, there might be some who start playing with KHII. As I wanted them to enjoy this game all the same, I hope he will be a character that will be able to introduce them to the tale in a fun way. You’ll understand more about him bit by bit soon I expect.

i mean introduce ppl to the story in a fun way?! does this mean that he doesn't play as an important role as we thought he did. i mean that sounds too damn layed back to be important. is he just a person that tells the stiff that happened in the first kingdom hearts or something? or am i just really hyped up on cofee......nm you tell me what you think this comment means k lol

Old news, and what Nomura is basically saying is that he'll use the BHK to introduce players new to the series- I imagine the BHK will star in some sort of tutorial at the very beginning of the game.

see that's what i mean is that all he is, a tutorial! if so that really really sux. i hope he plays a bigger role then a tour guide lol.

He's probably gonna be the one you play the tutorial through with, kinda like with Sora in the original Kingdom Hearts, but I can't see him not playing a huge role. They've already shown him doing stuff like attacking DiZ and the like in the trailers, so he's definitely gonna do more than just be a tutorial character. They wouldn't hold his name off from us this long if he wasn't gonna be a major character.

tutorial characters dont get as much attention as he is.. i think he'll be there for the tutorial, then he'll disappear for a while 'till sora runs into him in TT maybe 1/3 through the game or something

BHK has to be an important character. Why would they show him in trailers if he wasn't. He better be important...otherwise...I'll die. (don't know while I'll die...just will) :p

yeah BHK is going to be an important character. we see him fighting Axel and Diz so yeah he isnt just a tutorial but he wont be as important as Sora so he wont be int the game that much. he will probably be in 1/3 of the game meaning thats how much u can play with him. god i want to learn more about him and its so close to we do learn alot more about him according to Nomura like his name and a little of his story i hope.
