Well, the organization members names are there real names with an X.
Lets try and figure out all the organization names.

Xemnas - Ansem
Xigbar - Braig
Xaldin - Dilan
Vexen - Even
Lexaeus - Aeleus
Zexion - Ienzo
Saïx- Ȉsa (Maybe)
Axel - Lea
Demyx - Emyd (Maybe)
Luxord -
Marluxia - Lumaria (Maybe)
Larxene - Elenar (Maybe)
Roxas - Sora

and Xion - No.I

The point is, there's no confirmed others.

People have guessed Demyx to be from Emyd, some water turtle.

And Larxene from Elenar, forgot why people guessed this. Think it's some demon thing.

And Luxord descends from the Luxor casino, theororised.

I say Lumaria for Marluxia, Ȉsa (meaning Moon) for Saïx, Arlene for Larxene, Emyd for Demyx, and Rodul for Luxord.

Luxord has cards for his weapon. His element is time. I would say these are factors in the characters real names.

With the exception of Xemnas.

Oh btw, it was confirmed Axel's name is Lea.

In KH 358/2 days, Saix calls axel lea. so yea.

It's comfirmed.

and random queen, I said xemnas was ansem cause, well take out X and rearrange the letters.

Just leave Xemnas as Mansex.

And they aren't exactly linked to their elements and weapon. Lea has nothing to do with fire. On the other hand, Dolur sounds like Dollar, which is related to gambling, Luxord's pastime.

For Luxord, I would go with Dulor rather than Dolur. Dulor sounds like Dueler, like a card dueler.
