The fact that they are Sora and Kairi's nobodies is good enough reason to me. Plus the whole 'being alone, except each other, thing.' And the whole 'being used by DiZ and the Organization' thing. They both also were born at the exact same time, the same way, and by the same two people. They have alot in common when you think about it.

Be that as it may, I still see Roxas and Xion's relationship having a better chance of turning romantic than Roxas and Namine's. Because at least with Roxas and Xion, they based them having a friendship first, before they started romantic implications, if any.

They barely based the friendship with Roxas and Namine, imo.

Roxas barely even met Namine anyway. They may feel a sense of camaraderie because of their similar situations but that's about it.

With Xion, on the other hand, they enjoyed several months of friendship, so it is so much more likely to take that one small step into romantic relationships.

:v and since when are Sora and Kairi officially lovey dovey? Since last time I checked, Sora was moaning about having to save Kairi AGAIN, and kept his distance from her when they met again, as opposed to him finding Riku again in both games, and 'finding' Namine in Re:CoM.
Not to mention that going by Roxas's state of mind, if he found out it was because of Sora, he'd tell Namine he hated her and turn away, just to be his own person XD;

Xion is the one who looks like different people. Not Namine. Besides, Xion is gone and forgotten by the time KH2 starts.

She wanted to help Sora more than she did Roxas, actually. That's one thing I'm glad they showed in Days. More so than Roxas getting to be whole, if they wouldn't have brought Roxas back, Namine never could've let herself wake Sora up - as she couldn't have finished putting his Memories back together.

I'll admit, I did really like this pairing (well, not as much as I used to) when KH2 came out, but I never thought they really acted "luvy duvy."

maybe luvy duvy was a bad choice of words but i mean in the end it seemed like they were a little more then friends it probably was just because of sora and kairi i was just tryin to find a deeper connection thats all
