No he's a character from the Final Fantasy series (Not sure which one). In the game he's part of Seifer's gang but a Nobody appeared as him to Roxas during the Struggle tournament. But I can see where your coming from lol

lol, he's actually a character from FFIX.

I thought he was a nobody while playing as Roxas since one popped out of him twice.

No. He is not a heartless. He was just tooken over in the tournament, by the heartless.

But Vivi like said before, his a FF character,

I think a nobody (not a heartless) pretended to be ViVi, Then Roxas fought him and so on and So fourth lol
