Mickey's Disposition in KHII

Has anyone besides me noticed how similar Mickey is to Yoda in KHII?

Keyblade=Lightsaber
Mickey=Yoda
Sora=Luke
Riku=Han Solo
Kairi=Lea
Xehanort(all iterations)=Sith Lords

Yeah, his role is a little like Yoda's... I'm not too sure about his attitude, though. To me it seems that he tries to pull the loner attitude (which, to be honest, I can't take seriously with that eternal smile of his) rather than that of the calm, all-knowing warrior.

The personality is a bit off, I agree there. But he does seem to have that omnipresence, causing him to 'know all' that reflects Yoda's knowledge of the force.

Lea actually contributed. The only similarity imo is the fact Lea got kidnapped once or twice too.

thats quite true....he does act abit like yoda. so if
Sora= Luke
Riku= han solo
Kairi= Leia

Yeah, I can see where you get that but Yoda isn't a King and Kairi didn't contribute to her role like Princess Lea
I prefer Princess Lea over Kairi any day.

Not to mention....Kingdom Hearts is more disliked by some then Star Wars....by some outside the forums anyway. XD

well the lightsaber weapon (nothing to do with Star wars), the "know all" mickey(a little little bit like yoda), kairi always getting kidnapped (just like leia). what else? its like star wars taking over KH (has this got something to do with nomura being obsessed with Star wars?i hope he isnt obssesed with it...)

we dont even know how old mickey is in KHII. but yeah they always give wisdom and stuff...

I'll be honest. I could have have made the connection by noticing his omnipresence and wisdom, or the fact that he seems to be the little, wise, guardian, leader type. But, none of that was what truly did it. What really did it was when I saw Mickey do his little flips as he was fighting off heartless in HB. I'm smirked and thought to myself, "Heh, he's Yoda."
