Kingdom Hearts Infultrates Pop Music?

So, I was having a conversation with my friend a while ago when she showed to me a youtube video entitled 'Circle of Fire', set to clips of Axel from the game. I figured it would probably be just another AMV, but upon listening to the lyrics it dawned on me it was more than just a regular song. With the constant repitition of the letters A X E and L being repeated in the back ground, a refference to Utada Hikaru, several quotes from the game, and the ending line being 'Got it Memorized?' it was clear that this song was written ABOUT Axel from Kingdom Hearts.

So of course I was curious about said song and started snooping around for info on the band. The credits to the video say the song is by 'Tempo' which I googled over and over, among using other search engenies. I spent hours looking and came up with nothing. Apparently either Tempo wasn't a band or the information was lost somewhere in the darkness.

I wracked my brain trying to think of how I could procure any information about the song or its origins. Now, it's no secret that Kingdom Hearts fan are some of the most dedicated to their fandom people out there. I figured if any one knew anything more the place I would find them would be here. So, does anyone know anything about Circle of Fire or this group Tempo? Or if there are any other songs like it, I'd be interested in looking into them as well.

Very old news. I dislike the song almost as much as I dislike Axel.

Sorry, but this is the first i've heard of anything like this, but this is still pretty interesting. I've never heard of songs made about kh characters but if you think about it, it was bound to happen and now that one (at the very least) has been created, more will definitely be on their way, and hopefully some will end up being rather good songs.

I know that the song has been around a while, and that is your raw and basic right as a human being to state that you dislike both song and character, but that's not the reason I made the board. You can go make a 'My opinion about Axel and his crappy song' board if you want, that's also your right, but thats not what this was meant for. I'm simply looking for information that could lead me to the creator of the song, or similarly useful information.

Well, that is part of the reason I am interested in tracking down the creator of the song. I'm begining to speculate the song was fan made, seeing as I can't find any sort of band or singer that officially takes credit for the song. I had however heard that this 'Tempo' had done others. If that's true, I'd like to look into them, being the dedicated fan-tard I am.

We both made an effort to find the CD, origin, ect of the song, but we obviously had no luck with that. Nor with Google, or any other search engine. That's why we're here.

If that is true what would make you think we would know? Obviously we would get that sort of info online just as you looked.

No, you don't have to care about what I say either, another basic human right. I was simply stating I didn't mean for the board to be about opinions, just information.

And I did try asking, they did not respond. I asked several people on Youtube and the ones that replied to me told me they didn't know where it came from or that they got it from a friend. I figured here would be a good place to ask because, as I said Kingdom Hearts fans are rather dedicated and if anyone would have information a gathering place specifically of Kingdom Hearts fans would be most reliable. If no one did it would more than likely inspire someone to start looking, and if enough people go digging for information someone will eventually find something. That's my logic anyway.
