Your wrong. Riku and the King just...left Castle oblivion. i dont think they lost any memories becuase they encountered Ansem, not the Orginization.

Hmm... Interesting theory.
They could have been made for Terra, Aqua and Ven... Or Xehanort, SD and Roxas (MX and DS were there before Roxas, then Riku and DiZ dragged Roxas there after MX and DS left and Roxas slept while DiZ worked on the data Twilight Town.)
But why would Terra, Aqua, Ven, MX and DS have been there? Kinda odd....

Besides Xemnas and Roxas, the Organization members would have no need to "regain memories" because they had all of them.
