Meh, if how ever true, I don't believe it was intended that way. If anything this was quite possibly some attempt at advertising as Puck suggested. Or simply he just wanted such great gaming icons to star in this beautiful game.

Cloud and Sephiroth were transported to another world. Most likely their home, which was stated by Tifa.

Which is not Midgar, Midgar does not exist in KH. (or does it?) Then again same thing could be said about Auron and his past in KH, so maybe a Midgar/ Gaia world exists? Most likely not

Hey wouldn't it be cool if Sephiroth won and he turned Cloud evil and then you had to fight them both?

That would be so awesome. Best of all it would be so cool if you could use both blades after you beat them
both.

I think Sephiroth's and Cloud's home world would be playable in Kingdom Hearts 3.

As it is implied, Sephiroth shows some sort of relationship with Cloud being 'him' or his dark half, maybe the Sephiroth of KH is merely the manifestation of dark memories of Cloud's past come to life and his wishes are to become whole again by taking over Cloud's body.

It's a stupid idea really....sorry

It's my idea of the Sephiroth-Cloud thing also, I just think everyone will flame me for it. Is it wrong to say Xehanort aided in bringing out Sep....I'll just stop.

Actually that was very good. I kind of always thought of it like that except for Sephiroth trying to become whole with Cloud

You do realize at no point (besides the char cameos) does any of the FF time lines have nothing to deal with KH time lines or the chars

I don't want to agrue with you but what about Auron? He seems to be the only FF character who proves to have his past from FFX (Watch the cutscene when Sora touches the statue)
