Ok, so at the end of kh2 im pretty sure that sora donald and goofy left the gummy ship at the world that never was right? and riku lost his ability to create a portal to the corridors of darkness right? so how did mickey donald and goofy get back to disney castle?

Hmm...I don't know, that's a great question. I guess they just used Disney magic.XD But seriously, I guess that's just one of the bloopers in the game.

I dunno,hehe! Maybe someone came with a gummiship and picked the up? Or maybe they could summon the gummi ship to Destinys island? Or maybe they just built a raft

The king was jumping into others portals I think... He kinda hitchhiked

Hmmm This is a really funny question that no one can really answer but I think I'm going to go with the gummi ship can sorta be summoned, why?

Well the same thing happens when we're at DC and we have to go find Merlin at Hollow Bastion, then Merlin seems to just teleport us back to DC without us having to fly back there...
Yet,
We are still able to catch the gummi ship back at DC, but hang on... Wasn't it left at HB, See?
We have the same problem,
So Naturally Im assuming the gummi ship can just follow them from world to world, or be summoned either way it works!

i think that the portel namine created goes from TWTNW to disney castle...and then mickey, donald and goofy got with a gummi ship from disney castle to destiny island.

While it is possible, I don't think the final battle took that long for that to happen.

I think the theory of the trio being picked up by some Disney Castle residents with a Gummiship later is more likely. =/

Just a thought but chip and dale didn't get out so mabye they picked everybody up using the gummi ship
