Roxas merges with Sora at the first part then jumps out of his body to become completely whole with him later after beating Xemnas' the second time, before all that crazy chasing the dragon ship stuff. That's basically the answer.

He merged with Sora, when two halves come together, they fuse to make one, Roxas was the other part Sora needed 2 bcome whole again.

wait have you finished the game? just wondering coz this post and everyone elses contain spoilers(its like being those people who says this contains spoiler...)what everyone says,im not repeating it coz im getting very repetative.here it is anyway ,rox merges with sora,in twtnw he fights sora,b4 dragon chase roxas comes out of sora and.....you figure out the rest (sora,sora,sora. lol repeating it again heh)
