its like the military he wants to know who's highest ranked to the lowest
i think its alright its just i think axel should be a little higher since he's the would be assasin

Oh okay. Well in that case, I think Xigbar and Axel should be higher. I think Xigbar should be after Xaldin, and Axel should be after Luxord or before him.

ok Roxas is twilight or light u pick...instead of priorities y dont u put the nobodies they hve control over first...and only Axel's priority i know because he assassinates but generally evenyones priority is to collect hearts...........and Sa'ix power is beszerk

Priority means... well, priority. It's like their importance if you ignore their ranking. But this is pretty well made, maybe some minor flaws, but nothing big or dramatic. Great job!

~ xigbar's power is gravity. roxas doesn't have any certain element. he's a warrior, just like sora. he has the power to wield every element of magic he's taught.

Xigbar should be pretty high because he was tasked with getting new Organisation members.
Axel should be pretty high as well as he assassinates important people.
I don't really think Luxord is that high.
He had no real importance to the group (not that we know of anyway)
