| God By Default | Yep, hey, it's DA. Well, I'll cut to the chase; this is a strategy for Seph. The difference with this, from the others, is that I was Level 47 when I took him out. Oh, and it was Proud Mode. Weapon - Sleeping Lion (Keyblade given to you by Leon) Items - Elixer x3, Hi-Potion x3 (It'd be best if you had 6 Elixers, but I didn't, so I made due.) Abilities - ALL Combo + Aerial Combo Boosts you can muster. Try to make a very long combo. The bigger your combo, the better off you are. And seeing as I only had Once More, that's what I used. If you have Second Chance + Once More, then use both. Without them, you're dead. Same with High Jump + Aerial Dodge + Quick Run. Glide isn't essential, as I'm assuming you haven't obtained it yet. *Note: All These Abilities Were Level 2 For Me.* Also, I hate using Explosion, so I'd suggest, if you choose to follow this guide, use Guard Break as a finisher. Besides, it's quicker. And Guard + Counterguard is essential, seeing as without it, his 7 Hit Combo will connect with you quite a bit. Customize - Curaga, Hi-Potion, Reflega, Elixer. - It's fine if you have only Elixers. Just throw some random crap in there. That's all I did, really. Stage One: This portion of the fight lasts until you take about 4 and a half bars of health away. Well, he'll start off with his "Flash", which will seriously mess you up if it connects. TRIANGLE BUTTON IS YOUR FRIEND. Try to lock onto him as he uses "Flash"; that way, once you're done guarding it, you can just turn around and start the chain. Hit him with a Combo, and right after you're finished, HIT HIM WITH ANOTHER. I have been able to get a full 2 Combo's in, but he usually teleports away when you're about to use your second Combo finisher. Anyways, a few things might happen here. A) He teleports away, then he appears either behind or in front of you, hits you into the air. B) He appears a bit far away, and begins walking towards you. C) He appears near you, and starts either Flash or his 7-Hitter. Here's a strategy for each. A) Well, I'm going to assume you weren't able to guard his hit, so here's what 'ya do. Use Aerial Recovery (O Button), and begin MASHING X. As soon as you hit him, lock on. Hit him with a full Air Combo, and RIGHT when you hit the ground, run towards him somewhat, AND MASH X! If you time it right, you'll be able to land a SECOND ground combo on him! Boom! That's a fair chunk o' HP you took away, eh? B) If he's far away, CHARGE HIM. Charge him, until you're relatively close. He will either begin his Flash, or 7-Hitter. If it's Flash, just hit the Triangle, and do the same as when you started. If it's the 7-Hitter, MAKE SURE YOU HIT SQUARE WHEN YOU ARE NOT MOVING! If you're moving, you'll do Quick Run, and be in Critical HP. If you guard at the right time, you'll pretty much be sitting there while he attempts to strike you. MASH X NOW! You'll be able to do a Counterguard, which will break his combo and allow you to start yours! Again, do your first combo, then as much of the second as you can. Also, if you'd rather wait back, try to stay as FAR away as possible. He'll eventually use Flash, and just guard it, and you have another combo oppertunity! HUZZAH! C) Well, here's where it gets intresting. If you can TELL that you're not going to be able to block his 7-Hitter, then here's what 'ya wanna do: High Jump, Aerial Dodge at the peak, and hit X (MAKE SURE YOU LOCK ON!). The reason you hit X is that, if you're locked on, you do a flipping-sorta move, which will delay you enough to land pretty much right after he ends his combo. Again, do the 1st Combo + As much of the 2nd one as you can. Following this, it shouldn't be too hard to get to Stage Two. STAGE TWO: Now this is where it gets intresting. This stage lasts from depleting four and a half bars of health, until he only has four remaining. So, you'll be doing the bulk of the fight in this stage. Also, you're going to NOT want to use Curaga here. Try using Elixers/Hi-Potions if you health is low, because Reflega is going to be used. A lot. Basically, in this stage, he gets a whole lot. . . stronger, I suppose. He has 3 new attacks. I'll list them here, and give 'em snazzy names. Dark Orbs Of HELL (Lol) - Well, he basically says "GIVE INTO THE DARKNESS", and summons either 3 or 15 (Guess) orbs. Well, for the 3, he USUALLY will use Flash right before they converge on you. Just sort of. . . wait. And if he doesn't use Flash for a few seconds, Reflega. 15 Orbs = Reflega. Always. SOMETIMES he uses Flash, but mostly he'll try for the 7-hit. So, Reflega is your friend for this attack. Firey Demise - He summons about 14 pillars of fire, which pretty much surround him. Basically, Quick Run AWAY. They pull you in (sorta like Magnet, but less powerful), so keep on Quick Runnin'. If you get caught in it. . . I guess all I can say is "Good Luck". I believe that if you use Curaga (And have Leaf Bracer Equipped), you'll be able to avoid the bulk of the damage. Heartless Angel (Sin Harvest) - The REAL name of this attack is "Descend, Heartless Angel". Trust me, I heard him say it dozens of times. Anyways, you'll definatly hear him speaking; once you do, LOCK ONTO HIM AND JUMP TOWARDS HIM. AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. And when you're in range, FREAKIN' ATTACK HIM! If you don't, you're pretty much screwed (Unless, of course, you gots an Elixer; then, you should be okay. . .). The effects of missing? 0 MP and 1 HP. You see why I stress gettin' to him, and kickin' the crap outta him. Well, again, it's pretty much the same as Stage One, just more attacks. Keep doin' what you're doin', and you should get to Stage Three. STAGE THREE: Okay, well this stage will last the remainder of the fight. You'll know EXACTLY when you enter this stage, as he'll start glowing red. THIS is where, in my opinion, you're going to be really mad. A lot. Because of losing. A lot. He only has one new attack in this stage; however, he is MUCH quicker. It's scary how fast he can be when he wants to. Here's his new attack. Meteor Shower - He gets out of range (out of the stage; CHEAP-O >_<), and starts summoning big, red, scary meteors. Except that they aren't scary. At all. All you need to do is High Jump + Aerial Dodge from one side of the stage to another. You might get hit a couple times, but it's no biggie; they don't deal too much damage. You should be fine. Well, this is where, again, in my opinion, he turns into a real challenge; you'll realize this, because he starts hovering over the ground, instead of running/walking. He's insanely fast now; you shouldn't hope to hit him with a random combo. Also, his 7-Hit Combo is DEADLY. Instead of staying in front of you while using it, he can ue his speed to pretty much appear BEHIND you, and hit you from there. Also, a pretty much insta-kill, he'll deliver one blow that takes away a LOT of health, and quickly follow with a 7-Hit Combo. You're going to be High-Jumping, Aerial-Dodging, and using your lock-on Aerial Attack a LOT this stage. He also seems to enjoy tormenting you; he'll summon his Dark Orbs, and IMMEDIATLY follow with a 7-Hit Combo. Damn you, Seph. ;_; But, keep doing what you've been doing, use the Jumping Dodge for his 7-Hit Combo rather than Guarding, and KEEP ON HITTING HIM WITH YOUR 1 7/8 OF A COMBO (2 in the air)!!! And, if you have enough skill, and a lil bit 'o luck, you should scrape through just fine! Congrats! You have unlocked the necessary elements for Fenrir, the strongest Keyblade! Now, go talk to Cloud in the Mark District, and go back to Seph, and BOOM! Fenrir is yours! *This guide isn't 100% fullproof. Nothing is with Seph. Too many uncertanties. But, honestly, I think if you're about level 60, and use this strategy, it shouldn't take you too long to beat him. Remember, this guide was written whilst I was level 47; pretty damn low for a Seph. fight. Here are some little hints & tips. - There IS a way to block his Flash move in the air. I've tried, and it HAS worked, though rare. You MUST use Curaga, RIGHT around when he starts saying "Enough". If you time it right, you use Cure RIGHT as he hits, and it somehow cancels out all his hits! HUZZAH! Also, if he hits you into the air, and somehow teleports back down and uses "That's Enough", just staying at that height also cancels it out. - If you use Reflega, and one of the dark orbs hits him (This does happen!), try to be near him, and then you got a free combo oppertunity! - Heartless Angel is both a blessing and a curse. For the blessing part, if you can get to him, you pretty much get him into the air without damaging yourself, equaling two combo's. Which is great. And the curse part is that you don't reach him. . . ¬_¬ I'll update this as I continue fighting him, and finding some new strategies. If you want to e-mail me with a question, or some strategy, or something, it's dalziel4@hotmail.com. Enjoy! |

| Rest Now My Friend... | The battle is not that hard, that you need to do any of that...i didn't even have to heal once..and i had the Kingdom key on proud mode..level 81 i think |

| God By Default | ^Uh-huh. But guess what? I was level 47. Try it. On Proud. Also, you seem quite cocky about being "skilled"; I don't think high level = skills, just to let you know. Not bad-mouthin' you, just speaking my mind. |

| Rest Now My Friend... | he's still easy no matter what you say.... this coming from a guy who beats every Organization member in kh2 without getting touched in under 3 minutes on Proud.. not that hard...they possed more of a challenge than Sephiroth did XD again it's not hard at all...even on 47 don't need many elixers hell maybe not even 1. Just use the reaction at the beginning, combo him...dash away when he disappears but stay grounded, hell double jump works just as well...and it's important to stay on the ground cause he'll probably use that reaction command on you. After about those 5 first bars are gone, hell use those orbs apon which time you cast reflectaga destroying them all and if Sephiroth is close it damages him to...from there just stay moving..when he uses Sin Harvest Double jump to him, cause if you hold it you can get to him... from there it's basicly the same thing...using reflect to dodge his orbs, dashing & double jumping to avoid his attacks..and attacking when you see a clear opening..especially when he uses the reaction command..hell and if your in the air and don't know your gonna get hit, cast reflectaga real quick and you won't be damaged... oh and when he uses his little meteor move, just double jump back and forth out of the way and you'll have no problem avoiding them...and of course you can use trinity limit as needed with Sora....*of course thats only if you wanna end the battle quickly* so Demonic Angel...it's not that hard...even on level 47..with a lower level of power it might take alittle longer but it'll get the job done with minimum damage if that taken... not bad-mouthing just stating the facts |

And if he's so easy, beat him at 47 on Proud. By then, you only have Second Chance, and it was also Pre-TWTNW, so not as large combo's. Less health aswell. Just try that. It's harder when you do it at low levels. oh, and just to let you know, it's not just taking longer. . . with a lower level you take WAY more damage. If he TOUCHES you with his 7-Hit Combo while you're in the air, you're done. But, let's stop the flaming, and. . . yeah. If you have strategies, POST 'EM HERE! I can always use new methods. Oh, and of course I'll credit you. ![]()

well yes i did kick OrganizationXIII ass, like i said i'll even tell you exactly how i did it, which mainly consist of the same strategy, leveling up your drive forms with you first get them (hints being able to aerial dodge Demyx's attacks, deflecting Xaldin's spear attacks-however guard works better because you get more learns stocked in a quicker amount of time, Aerial Dodging against Xigbar automaticly deflects his attacks back at him stunning him for a second, which allows you to lay a kick ass air combo on him, Aerial Dodge on Luxord keeps you from getting attack with Cards all the damn time, and it also propells you to him quickly when he's about to turn you into a card...by the way with him that special reaction command at the end if you get all 0 in the deck 4 times basicly brings down all of his time meter and from there it's just a 1-2 combo and he's dead, Aerial Dodge against Saix, basically allows you to get far away from him so he can't "moon's power" your ass with his ground attacks, plus the dash attack makes it easier to get to his weapon when he leaves it for you, for Xemnas *first time* although he takes your health from you automatically..he never does more than that to me, as soon as the match starts run up the tower trigger the reaction command pick the 3rd option where Sora kicks Xemnas' ass, and meet him back down on the ground floor, run away from him and dash and aerial dodge alittle, when he's standing still just Trinity Limit him, and aerial dodge away, from there just use regular combos on him and when he uses forces you to go to the tower use the 3rd option alway *note when he uses his little mirror attack you can strike directly through it after he does it the first time, but be quick about it as to not get struck by the second wall; also note that he will always do a backflip saber hit after his electric wall move so be ready to evade)...the second component to defeating this members so quickly is Knocksmash, brings down about 2-3.5 health sometimes more at once, but one must use it wisely) Sephiroth and back to Sephiroth he's still not hard...like i said even with less health and more damage allowed to your member (Sora), the same strategy as i said before applies...just reaction command use explosion as your finisher (maximum damage here), of course like i said form there he'll try to teleport around to hit you, and from there just dash or aerial dodge to avoid his advances...upon which point he will either combo you from the side or reaction command, of course if it's a reaction command, press triangle and combo him using explosion as your finisher; if he comes from the side dash or aerial dodge away quickly. After about 5.5 health is gone, he'll summon his orbs apon which time you need to just cast reflect to destroy them all...he'll probably try to combo you after this so just aerial dodge away. He'll soon disappear, apon which time he'll ready sin harvest, all you need to do is aerial dodge to him (the longer you hold it the farther you'll go), air combo him to stop the summon.. apon which time he'll disappear to the ground below, he'll usually try to use the reaction command and like i said just use it combo him and end with explosion...he'll continue this strategy until he only has 5 health left. Now he'll summon a mass of orbs 2X's, upon which time you should just cast reflect...and do not fear if he's close to you, he will be hurt. Now it's just the same strategy as before he's just a little bit stronger, just keep moving and keep a lock at all times where he is, when he's only got 2 health left he'll use meteor, upon this time just use aerial dodge to avoid the blast, jumping back and forth, evading them...once he's finished, jump away from him( because if your close he'll try to use his pillar of flames..note if you stay away from him after an unsuccessful combo, he won't be able to cast pillar of flames) now you can either continue the strategy as before, or if your feeling lucky use Trinity Limit to end this battle once and for all... the most elixirs I'd say you'd need are at most 2 and thats just for refilling your mp bar encase you decided to use Trinity Limit earlier on in the battle or suffered a little damage...either way he's a pushover... | God By Default | ^You give great strategies. Save for the Seph. one. You post as if he will follow that formula EVERYTIME. He doesn't. He differs. Also, at Level 47, if he hits you with his 7-Hit Combo, you have 1 HP left, IF you have Once More. And if he hits you with ONE HIT, it's more than 45% of your HP gone. Which is why it's much harder. That's why I say pack on Elixers + Hi-Potions. Oh, and if his Flash connects, you again, have 1 HP left. In fact, if most of his attacks connect with you (Save Meteor), you have One HP or a Game Over! THAT is why it's hard at a lower level. Oh, and I just beat him with Kingdom Key at Level 47. He is a pushover, it's just some people find him difficult. Like Dogenzaka. =/ Lulz. Oh, and you WON'T beat the Knight easily. Knight > Org. XIII > Seph. I lol'd when you said he'd give you no trouble. He'll give us all hell. He's probably gonna be like Xemnas in KH: FM. Insane. Healing a lot. |

OrganizationXIII in kh2 were really easy, no doubt they will be the same in kh2:FM, because they all have a strategy...like take Leaxeaus for instance as long as you stay in the air he can't, *ground-earthstyle* attack you-meaning attack him with air combos or just keep moving on the ground floor until you see an opening and kick his ass...*thats just an example* Sephiroth actually does have the same strategy each time, it's just some people panic when he's low on health or get combo'd so they forget what to do, or just don't have time to react...Sephiroth is just like the others..as long as you keep moving he can't hit you, and like i said reflect dodges all, along with Trinity Limit taking down lots of health...however like i said the use of some sort of either or elixier or ether is of importance seeing as you'll need to get that lost mp back. Eh whether your on 47 or 99 he's got the same strategy, and the only difference is the amount of damage you'll receive, which is why i said keep moving ![]() oh and with the Knight i may not be able to get in a good combo, but i can sure as hell keep from getting attacked, thats what guard, aerial dodge, dash, glide, and reflect are for....and in the worst case scenario, i'll just use Knocksmash on him Last edited by ╬ProperArtist╬; 03/22/07 at 06:43 PM.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I find that way of fighting him mad complicated. And based far too much on chance. My strategy is extremely simple. All you do for the first four and a half health bars if Guard, Counterattack, and hit him with one combo. He just repeats doing the seven-hit combo all the way down the line if you do this. I can easily knock him down in the beginning without getting a scratch. ;D On Proud. Level fifty. Then I just Trinity him and during the downtime, Berserk Charge him in the air. If you go high enough off the ground, he can't hit you with his Flash attack...I did it once. ._. But you have to go REALLY high. Mind you, I have that Keyblade that gives you Berserk Charge on the whole time, and no special regain-magic abilities. Or Quick Run. Hell, the only thing I had was a High Jump on Level 2 and that Master jump on level 1. Sin Harvest can be an easy attack to interrupt. And for the aerial strike...all you do is Guard him at the right time. Or you use that Aerial Counter attack by hitting Square, if you get hit into the air. The end stage...I use my Elixiers for that part. I Trinity him a lot, and bam. Dead. |
