Timeless River

Okay, here's a question for you all....

I'm pretty much at the end of the game and am wanting to go back and clear up some things I didn't finish including Ultima weapon. Now, I know what I need and where to get it, the only problem is in order to get the orichalcum+ from the moogle I need a FROST STONE which can only be found in timeless river...
But I can't seem to find a way back in to Timeless River,
Am I screwed? Or is there a way I don't know about?

uh... go to the hall of the cornerstone in disney castle, then go through the door, then through the window to the buidling that was on fire. It's really easy.
