where do you get ultima recipe i mean i have finished the game 21 times lvl99 and everything even ultimal weapon but i have forgotten where you get it

Basement of the alternate Twilight Town, in the room with all the sleeping pods in it.

Just go to Alternate Twilight Town, and you'll find the pod room. I believe it's the first chest you see that contains the Ultima Recipe.

Roxas is hardly dead. He's in fact more in existence than he's ever been as just Roxas xD
But yeah. Reciepte's in the hallway leading up to where Sora's pod was - right next to the pods Donald and Goofy slept in.
