Space Paranoids hostile Program Help

Once I get the Hostile Program down to a certain HP point, it stops losing HP. What do I do?

If you are playing on a PS3, there is a glitch where he stops losing HP. Try fighting him on your PS2.

Hostile Progam? Hmm, if I remember correctly he always stops losing HP after a while, just before you kill it. Just keep owning his ass, and eventually the last bit will go away too. Sort of 'armour healthbar' I think.

I haven't played in a while though, so I might be mistaken.

PS3 is probably the solution. But how did you know of that glitch? (in other words, how did you know it was the PS3's fault and not the actual disk?)
Oh, well. But I found that battle rather easy. The big Sark guy is slow and I would knock him down as soon as he stood up. The MCP battle part was easy too. I have extremely fast thumbs so it helped out.
