Well I just wanted to bring this topic here. If there is already a topic on this, then someone can just close and delete this. What is the female species of this age coming to?

Is it rape that is causing so much young pregnancy?

Or is it the fact that most of these young woman THINK they are ready for sex without protection?

Or is it the males who are forcing this?

Mostly, I believe it is the girl's fault, the girls who DELIBERATELY has sex and get pregnant and THEY KNOW that the male does not use protection. But, it is also the man's fault who have sex with these fast ass women and don't give a rat's ass if they get they don't use protection and get the girl pregnant.

I want to ask you all, what do you think about Teenage and/or Child pregnancy?

You need to define "child," by the way. Once you start menstrating, you're not really a little kid anymore. ._. Usually.

I think it has all to do with people being stupid. Most of us are reasonably intelligent, and we know how babies come about. Unfortuneately, there are many places where education is lacking, and sex ed is ignored. (for example city slums. When the highest aspiration in the whole class is to be manager of McDonalds, you know you have a problem).

So stupid people do stupid things. Young pregnancy is ofter the result of some ignorant kids who don't know what they are doing. Intelligent kids know to abstain or use birth control.

No gender is forcing themselves on anyone, and like i said, intelligent people know you can't have unprotected sex and not expect a child. its that simple. Its not nearly as complicated in the long run as some would like us to believe. I'm sure there is a few cases of contraception failure, but other wise, both parties can control their bodies, and should know what happens when you have sex.

These are the people such as guys with their new girlfriends, and are out looking for a good time. The girl doesn't often object or feel guilt in anyway until the end.

Well then like i said, she is stupid or uneducated. Its her body, and she should be aware of the consquences of her actions. If she doesn't want babies, then use protection, or just abstain. Thinking about it after the fact will do crap for you.

I think it's more to do with people having sex younger due to the glamorized image of sex in the media, so that having sex is firstly degraded to something common, and is also linked with gaining esteem in social groups.
Younger people don't tend to be as responsible when it comes to protection, as they perhaps don't realise the magnitude of the consequences. When they have sex, it probably isn't for the same reasons: it's not likely a 13 year old would have sex for love (being that few 13 year olds fall in love), and they are even denying the fact their bodies aren't often ready, and so basically I'm suggesting that when they do have sex, it's with whorish intent , which is disparate from cautious thoughts of potential pregnancy.

In fact, in earlier times, girls would be giving birth just as early, but the difference is that they also married earlier too...so there's a discrepancy between having sex and getting married.
