On yesterday's episode of "Attack of the Show" on G4, An interview with Battestar Gallactica star, Edward James Olmos made an awesome statement saying that He and the rest of the show's cast was the first television show to be invited to the United Nations which happened last March. During this historic meeting Olmos pointed out that they frequently used the word race as a cultural determinate. After this being stated, the UN realized he was absolutely right, they then changed their charter, which was established in the year of 1947, to not use the word "race" as a cultural determinate ever again. I am totally on his side when he said this, there is but only one race and that is the human race. There is no black, white, yellow, or brown race just humans which we all are. And if you are one who chooses to use the word in the way it is not intended then you are ignorant and stubborn. So thanks to Edward James Olmos for helping the world realize something that should have been made so ages ago.
