Depends on the sole question if you regard having children as a right or a privilege?

I consider it a privilege. Not everybody should have kids.

As world population increases (as will the demand for food and resources) simply making hardier crops and food and such that grow/are made faster won't be enough. Human reproduction regulation will be needed, unless suddenly everyone starts eating the bare minimum/standard diet that they need and no excess,which I can't see happening. People won't like it, but they'll have to make some kind of change to their lives.

No such law will do anything if it's enforced and people tend to avoid and dodge those kind of laws. I'm sure human attitudes will be highly against it. I'm afraid.

What the? We should have kids if we want. If we want to have less population then people should chill on moving to the US for awhile.

The only good thing I see is that less kids would be abused.
