After looking over this thing with more scrutiny, I have come to the conclusion it's just a bunch of partisan bullshit. The obvious purpose of this is to get support from the brain-dead hicks that believe whatever their doublethinking neoconservative overlords tell them to. Nevermind the last eight years of monkeybrain Bush.

Also, the idea that the federal government can't pass regulations on its own funding is just... wow.

I'm glad as fuck that I'm not living in a red state. Oregon pride!

Indiana isn't really a red state. It certainly isn't a blue state, but everybody I've talked to (that hasn't lived there) seems to have this image of Indiana as an extremely conservative, almost completely Republican state, which is not the case at all.
