I thought everyone knew we were are related by blood =/ It's common sense, isn't it? We all come from some common ancestor (whether the first cell or Adam and Eve, you pick). It's fairly obvious that we'd be related.

also, if we bring the story of adam and eve into play,
then what about cain and abel?
if i'm not mistaken, cain went on to marry his cousins.
is that not incestuous?

Think about what you just said for a second. Where would Cain's cousin come from if Adam and Eve were the first couple? If anything, he'd marry a sister.
