Cause they have to talk to someone online and i have to wait and wiat for their response then when i ask a question they dont understand. It gets annoying.

I could tell they were deaf since they had minor speech impediments, and they were staring at my mouth when i talked instead of my eyes. I was actually more afraid of offending them than you know, annoyed they couldn't understand me. They understood just fine, I ended up feeling like the one who wanted acceptance. They were extremely nice and understanding that I did my best to communicate and help them out. It was actually one of my most treasured moments from that job, because I really felt accomplished for helping deaf people and not freaking out like I always thought I would.

Rep Power: 2 | Re: How do u feel about being around deaf people? That's sorta the hard thing to do, trying to prevent offending someone. You try to treat people as normal as possible, but you don't know when you might accidentally offend someone.
