i am not trying to sound racist or sexist but look at it this way, we only had the same old type of thing all white men as president, some of them did a very good job as president as others did horrible, its time for a change. and i am not saying all Republicians are evil because i would rather Huckabee or Ron Paul be president then McCain because McCain actually thinks America is doing better then it was eight years ago.
i know i am only 13 and can't vote but i want to make myself well informed on this kind of stuff so when i can vote i have an idea on how each party is and what not, and plus the Democrats aren't perfect either, alot of people have lost respect in the Clinton's because of the way Bill has been acting during Hillarys campaign and also the Clintion's just like the Bush's, seem to think like they have this entitlement to be president, just like George Bush's father was president he thought he had this entitlement to be president and i don't like that because no person is entitled to be president that is a title u earn. Here is how i see it should be for the white house in the election.
Democrats:Obama=President or Vice President, Hillary=President or Vice President, John Edwards= Secretary of Defense

Republicians: Huckabee= President or Vice President, Ron Paul= President or Vice President, McCain= NOTHING

but that is all just my opinion

Let me just lead off by saying that I can't take you seriously when you say this. You don't love his ideas you love that he's black.

Following that up with statements like. "under the white mans shoe" and crap like that I find it hard to think of you as a person who comes up with his own opinions. Or, hell, has any ACTUAL opinions at all.

All in all not only do I beleive a black person could be president, it seems fairly likely that it will happen. I really wish that people would stop the sanctimonious "look at me I'm so oppressed" BS and take the world for what it actually is.

but anyway going back to the main point, there is still so much racism in this country, most of the republicians don't even want Black people in this country, in my eyes if Barack doesn't win or at least if Hillary doesn't wi and McCain wins things are going to go bad in this country i mean the countinetion of this War and that Segragation may just be BACK around the corner

Conspiracy or not, I'd say at this point it'd be foolish to assume anyone has the Presidency locked in. Especially McCain, for that matter.

You know these debates are pointless. It doesn't really matter what the people think. They do it to just see what the people think. In the end the Electoral College is the one who chooses the president in the end. I don't know why they waste peoples time letting the go vote when in the end the next presidents fate is in the hands of 3 people in the end. LOL!

That's true, but whenever you have black father but a white mother OR a white father but a black mother, you are considered black. THAT'S why everyone is calling Obama black instead of bi-racial. When one of your parents are black but one is not, you are considered black.

It's not racism now, merely classism. Racism still exists, but it stems from classism mostly, because most rich people are old, white men, and most poor people are black and Latino. I'm saying most, but really, you will see more black and Latino people in the ghettos/slums that whites.

Also, saying that the Republican party is evil is utterly biased. They could say the same thing about the Democrats.
