How to put a KH:COM mugshot as your avatar

I've tried to update my avatar, (sorry MX, you're too old) to an edited KH:COM mugshot, but i cant. It's the right size and everything! What's wrong!?

Go to TinyPic.com upload your avatar there, copy the link to your image, and on the "Edit avatar" option go to "Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website" and then paste in the image URL and save your new avatar
