My freind, this is a sign. Same thing happened to me. Had no problem talking to other girls, but when it came to my gf back in the day, I couldn't even look her in the eyes xD. Then, eventually, I built up my courge, asked her out on a date, its been perfect since then. Well, almost perfect xD

What ever you do don't go in a date expecting something at the end... A lot of guys get let down that way. Took two or three dates to get a kiss on the cheek, now I'm in a relationship with the same girl going fine.

Do you know anything about her? Her likes and dislikes? Talk to her, get to know her, try to spend as much time with her as you can. I think the best option is to befriend her first and wait to see what happens.
