There is absolutely no reason Soda should ever enter your body. It has no value whatsoever. It's simply empty, wasteful, processed bullshit. Comparatively, water is fucking awesome. It does everything good for your body, and once you drink it enough you really start to just find it delicious, and you just want to drink it all the time because it's so god damn refreshing and awesome. It's like detoxing bullshit from your body.

Stereotypically urine is thought to be yellow, but when you are hydrated enough with water all the toxins being filtered in your bladder/kidneys get diluted to a nice clear color. So, just a way to stay reminded is if at any point you go to take a piss and it's yellow: you need to drink more water. Go and get yourself a bottle.

By February of 2009 I had to buy all new shirts and pants because my old ones were massive on me now. In April of 2009 I went swimming at a friends house, and when I took my shirt off he said "Holy shit you're skinny now!", and had his mom commented that I "seemed to get skinnier every time she saw me". Hell, I even had people on KHI comment on it, because I used to have pictures up back in 2008, and when I posted new ones in 2009 I had like 10 people mention that never knew I was actually in shape
So by July of 2009 I went to the Doctors and got my height/weight updated, and I was 5 Foot 11 and weighed 154 pounds. Also, I can do 1 armed pull-ups now, when the last time I had ever even done pull-ups was in Middle School...at which point I could do 0 with both arms. | In other words, you are admitting to the fact that you were once a fatty ding dongs.

It wasn't "150" pounds like you said, but it was something. Plus, the picture you saw was only like halfway through it, so it wasn't even that much, consider I've lost a lot more since then.
Plus, like I said, I didn't even pay attention to the fact that anything was even changing at all, so at the time I was still of the opinion that it was mostly perspective and that I wasn't actually all that different at all.
