If you aren't extremely shy, go to like, one of her study hall classes or something like that (get permission. some schools are cool with the whole LOVE thing) while she's in the class. Pretty much interrupt everything and walk up to her desk with a thing of flowers (roses would probably be good. be wary of symbolic flowers. some girls get pissy over that shit if you use some flower that's used for mourning and shit, you know?) and ask her.
