Well just like ten minutes ago, my computer has been acting weird. By wierd, i mean like i cant open any files on my computer, it will either say "this parameter is incorrect", or a black box would quickly come up and disappear. I don't know what the hell it is, i am thinking major trojan virus, or something more; anybody out there who can help me?

The only normalish thing I can attribute the black box to is the Command Prompt. It may or may not be indicative of a script or something like that running.

Command Prompt is a thing through which files and such can be run. .bat files, for example, run through command prompt. I've known bat files to contain viruses and such before.

So, wait, you can't open programs, or you can't open files? Or both?

That's because 'My Documents' is just a folder. It just stores files, the folder in itself, there's probably no risk to the virus or whatever it is if you just view your documents.

Can you download files, such as a malware scanner, from the internet? In which case, I'd recommend getting this, because it's always done the job for me.

Goddamnit. I'm going to bed anyway, but in reality, I had little idea of what I was doing, rather just running through the practised motions of dealing with a virus.
