| Sidekick | It all started out in February, when my father passed away from a sickness. I was really close to him, where me and him were best friends. But then things started looking up, when I finally got enough to get my own place, but now I have all my dads stuff in my new place, and its so hard for me to be looking at it all the time. Also I feel like I have no one for support. My mom said that I would have more friends, because your friends that you don't tallk to will want in in your own place, and she was right, so right now I feel like I can't trust anyone. Anyone have suggestions for me? |

I will say a couple of things though. 1) I doubt you'll ever fully get over the loss of a loved one. However, you will move on. It's natural to feel sad, especially when you're around things that remind you of that person, but that shouldn't be used as an excuse to not carry on with your life. 2) If the only thing that your "friends" want is to take advantage in your own place, then are they really your friends? |
