I have had some pretty bad sleeping problems. In one week i would be staying up all night, going to bed per say around 10am, then waking up around 8pm in the evening. Then in another week i would be going to bed at a normal time. but then this is where the problem is, after so much sleep i would be sooo tired, and i would have had like a good days worth of sleep, and i have no idea why I am getting tired when i wake up, and i would get tired like an hour after i wake up. Anybody think this is strange or is it just me. :/

It all depends on what sleep cycle you wake up in. Lemme try to find an article that can explain it better. . .

Thats because you fucked up your biological sleeping clock by going to bed at long stretches and that have a nowhere near consistent time,each time you go to bed. How about going to bed at constant time, but it's okay to make the gap with in a hour. Like say I go to bed at 11:00 to 11:50. So go to bed in the times in between 11 and 11:50.

I do try to go to bed at a reasonable time, but everytime i try i just cant seem to fall asleep. Like i would try to do anything humanly known. I would watch T.V..doesn't work. I will try playing video games, no help at all. I even try drinking something soothing like hot milk or tea, it just keeps me up. Nothing i try helps me fall asleep, then yeah i fall asleep in the wee hours of the late night/early morning >_>

stop messing up your sleeping its hard I know, but you should go to bed around the same time everyday, I go to bed around 10:30 since thats when nothing good is on. The nI wake up around 7am or 8am. try going to bed the same time.

Just keep going to bed at that time and soon you'll get used to it. like I said your sleep clock is fucked up from staying up so late in the past. Thats why it's hard for you to go to sleep early. I had the same thing.

My sleeping cycle is incredibly screwed up. Within a week I'll be going to bed around midday. And in another two weeks or so, my bedtime will be a midnight again. It's fun. Except when you go to bed around midday, then an hour later your friends call you and say "lets go out an do something" and you agree to join them.
