Anger Problem (someone plase help me)

i know the hardest thing you have to do is admitting your problem.and thats what im doing. I dont want to talk about this with my family because i dont want them to know. I find myself punching anything making holes and dents in the wall, I cant stop, once something pisses me off i go berserk, If someone pisses me off i go crazy and go for a fight, my friends know me as the funny, outgoing guy that theyve never sen mad, but its geting harder to control, and im about to show them all,

When I was younger I had a teensy bit of an anger problem.

I'd suggest trying to understand that not everything is going to be perfect, and that sometimes life sucks, but you just have to take it without getting pissed off. If you really need to, take your anger out on a pillow, or take some deep breaths or something.

Your age says that you're 14, so it might just be mood swings.

I think it would be in your best interest to talk to your parents about it before it gets too bad you lash out at them. You should to try to narrow down what exactly gets you angry, (nagging, insults, stupidity, failure, etc.) Then you should think about the things that make you happy and try to think of them in the situation. You should allow yourself to not take everything to heart, try to get things to just blow over and not matter to you. But like I said, talk to your parent's, they're your best ally in this matter.

I'm Bipolar,
I tend to hold it all in, until something just gets me; I just snap.

I figured it out when i had a bipolar 1 episode, (first time i experienced a major breakdown)
it got really bad, that I ended up in the hospital, I won't tell what led me there, though.
a group of psychologists told me my condition.
and they gave me some meds.
even till now, I still struggle with my condition.

I'd say talk to a psychologists, since your young, let your parents know.
or take an anger management class before it gets even worse.

Like the others said, punch a pillow, count, get a stress ball to squeeze, take a nap, or meditate for a while. Anything to cool you down. As Zook said, tell your parents. It's easier to tell them straight up what's wrong before they have to find out the hard way. The longer you keep it to yourself, the worse the rages are going to become.

Drink some tea. Or you could do something that will help take your mind off the problem such as listening to music.

throw a waffle at someone. that'll help with your anger issues. it certainly helps me.
