Please. There has to be something.

Be more specific.

What your teacher wanted was you to find a poem that you enjoy that is about the things that you like so you become more passionate about poetry.

You don't like animals or nature? Love or despair? something simple like that?

Or maybe reading. Or some other hobby. You expect your teacher thinks there's a poem about video games by an author that she knows of?
She's gonna google it, you know. Name won't turn up, you'll get bagged for either plagiarism or making it up. Both'll get you a horrible grade.

There I sat with my video game,

Many people said I was lame.

I did it all day,

I wasn’t very active,

Forgot about homework, chores and showers.

Then my dad said, “You’re Grounded!”

OH how I hated how that sounded.



I did my homework, took my showers,

And even watered the flowers.
